Digital Marketeer

Do you like to improve marketing on a digital level, and do you find joy in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media to improve marketing processes and conversion rates? Then... we are looking for you, a Digital Marketeer (32-40 hours a week, Amersfoort).

The digital marketeer is a digital native person who is responsible for setting up and maintaining multiple persona-based marketing programs that secure lead nurturing and maintaining customer/client contact programs. One of the main objectives of the digital marketeer is developing a proper set up of growth hacking principles to maintain a solid stream of inbound MQL’s that can be handed over to the SDR for further development. 

The skillset of the digital marketeer consists of understanding the principles of digital video marketing as well as being an expert in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and data & analytics. Understanding and using the necessary marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook/Linkedin Business as well as remarketing principles are mandatory to do the job well. Design based thinking and planning are highly needed skills as well as being tech-savvy.

Measurement of marketing performance to interpret the results of marketing performance (conversion rates, website optimization) and translate these into CPM and CPS, are done in close collaboration with the marketing manager to improve the quality of the marketing programs.  The digital marketeer combines analytical thinking with creative problem solving to help teams come up with innovative campaign ideas to drive businesses forward. Digital marketers should be curious, enjoy versatility, forward-thinking, business-focused, and strategy-centered.

The digital marketeer will feel the thrill in the world of transportation & logistics where digital transformation is in full swing and in which the company develops at a high pace. The marketing department is a relatively young department consisting of a marketing manager, content marketeer, and a copywriter. We are rapidly scaling up in European countries which makes our company dynamic and change is daily business.
