Jeremy joins the team as Customer Success Manager
Hi Jeremy, welcome to Simacan! What will you be doing at Simacan and what are you looking forward to?
Thanks, I'm looking forward to it! I have the great task of ensuring that our clients are successful in what they do and can make optimal use of the Simacan platform. As Customer Success Manager, I look after the customer's interests within Simacan, but I also work as a consultant to challenge the customer to make their deliveries 5-star worthy.
What did you do before the Simacan adventure started?
After studying Commercial Economics in 's-Hertogenbosch, I started working in sales at an international software company in the transport and logistics sector. I soon realised that I get energy from thinking along with and advising customers. After having had a good look at the parties in the market, I decided to knock on the door of one of the most growing and innovative companies in the market, Simacan. It appeals to me that Simacan is a Dutch company and even as a scale-up it still offers the flexibility and speed of a start-up.
You started with us at a crazy time, but nevertheless, I hope you had a good start. How was your first impression of Simacan?
It is indeed crazy, in this day and age when you talk to most people digitally, to be introduced to an organisation that is completely new to me. Fortunately, things are well organised. I am also positively surprised by the extensive onboarding schedule, which ensures that I can clearly find the right people and information. The people are very approachable regardless of their position and that makes me feel at home very quickly.
Would you like to tell us something about yourself?
I was born in Geldrop, now I live in Eindhoven and I am married. I like to be active by doing all kinds of sports or walking in nature. Furthermore, I am a musician and I use my skills in that field in our church. The (Christian) faith perhaps says the most about who I am.
