Welcome Jörgen, Customer Success Manager
Hi Jörgen, welcome! Tell us, what will you be doing at Simacan and what are you most looking forward to?
I'm going to work at Simacan as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, I help Simacan customers understand how to maximise the value of our platform. In my opinion, realising customer value is essential to ensure that customers can be successful. I am looking forward to realise this together with my Simacan colleagues!
Where did the working life start for you?
After studying Marketing Management and Business Administration, I started working in sales at a large company in the HR sector. The dynamics, responsibility, customer-oriented thinking and offering, often technological solutions to customers already appealed to me. During that time, I developed an interest in applying technology in business operations. After that, I switched to more software- and IT-driven companies. Of all these companies, Simacan is the most progressive with its SaaS platform.
A new job during corona time, how is that for you? Did you have a good start and good first impression?
Starting somewhere new during the corona period is a bit different than in real life! But that did not stand in the way of a good start. There was a nice onboarding plan ready for me to get to know my colleagues, so I quickly felt at home. And all the company software is cloud-based, so no hassle with installations and such, and up-to-speed quickly.
Simacan strikes me as a very driven and ambitious company. An organisation that is growing fast and really adds value for its customers with its platform. The work is only getting more fun and interesting as I learn more and more about the platform and the services we offer.
Would you like to tell us something about yourself?
I live in a beautiful area close to nature parks and forests. In my spare time, we often go walking or cycling as a family. I run regularly. And I love Italy, especially the Italian kitchen!
